It was in bad shape and had a few dings on it. I sent it back to Scotty Cameron in 2006 and they refurbished it. It has not played a game since. This club comes with the original head cover (which appears to never have been used) a stainless steel pivot tool and a Certificate of Authenticity from Scotty Cameron’s shop (I wanted to verify its authenticity).
