It has areas around the grip, where the finish has given way (see pics). This is normal for Winn grips of this age (13 years). The Futura cover and pivot tool appear unused. The end of shaft band is lifting slightly. This would make a great gamer, and conversation piece, for anyone looking for a great mallet putter.
