When removing weights for the first time, you attach the Weight Tool to a standard 3/8 socket wrench to break the weights free from their factory-applied adhesive. You may have to use moderate force, so make sure that the Weight Tool posts stay securely in the post holes. Two additional gaskets are included on the Weight Tool to use as replacements on the sole weights if necessary. NOTE: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND DO NOT FORCE A WEIGHT IF IT IS NOT LOOSENING. THESE WEIGHTS ARE OFTEN TACKED IN WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF EPOXY AND MAY REQUIRE HEATING TO REVOVE.
