This is not one of the standard aluminum divot tools, it is stainless steel. Scotty mills these pivot tools out of a solid block of stainless steel. It is hand buffed for a chrome-like finish. The divot tool is new and unused. It does have some very light marks that are visible in the photos if you look closely. They are difficult to see in person. They were on the pivot tool when I received it, and I assume they are from wiping the highly polished surface with a cloth. They should be able to be buffed out if you desire.
